Judy completed the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management’s Executive Career Coaching Certification in 2019. She has over 10 years of experience working directly in the area of faculty support, most recently as a Faculty Development Specialist at Kent State University where she coordinated and facilitated the Faculty Career Coaching Program. Her research focus is in the area of faculty career navigation and cultural adjustment. She has also developed and delivered numerous faculty workshops that center on coaching, mentoring, and inclusive teaching. Judy has presented at national and international conferences on topics related to faculty development. Additionally, she has over 10 years of teaching experience in Psychology and Higher Education Administration.
